RO10648523, legally represented by Mr. Feher Dezso as Administrator, respects the privacy and security of the processing of personal data of each person requesting our services. The website www.hidraulica.ro is provided and operated by SC HIDRAULICA SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator", "the Company", "We" or "Hidraulica"). We collect and process various categories of personal data from you as a user of the website www.hidraulica.ro (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "the website"), which in accordance with European Union legislation on personal data protection confers upon us the status of operator. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") describes our practices regarding the collection and use by us of your personal data as a result of your interaction with the Website. Purpose of data collection
We process personal data for legal and legitimate purposes, such as the supply of hydraulic services and systems (high-pressure pneumatic systems and accessories, etc.). This processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a), (b) and (c), as appropriate, from GDPR. We inform you that the recipients of your personal data are employees of the company, but, as the case may be, state institutions, and we do not intend to transfer this data to another company (marketing and advertising company).
The basis for which we collect and manage your personal data is primarily to execute a contract or request to become a beneficiary of our services. Also, we process personal data on the basis of consent, having a legitimate ground, necessary and indispensable for carrying out commercial activities and the company's economic situation provided by European Regulation (GDPR).
For how long your personal data is collected
Personal data collected by us will be processed in order to achieve the specific business purpose for carrying out commercial activity: during the contract of sale/services, and during the collaboration, based on the given consent and until the request to be erased from the database. We may also have a legal obligation to keep your data up to date in order to present them to Public Authorities, such as Tax Authorities. Storing and transferring your personal data to public authorities for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation is legally based on Article 6 (1) (c) and (e) of the GDPR.
